Bleached fabric/gauze Bleached fabric is a process of removing impurities from textiles and threads and bleaching them, or fabrics made from bleached threads. Gauze is a fabric with a coarse cotton density, soft and fluffy, and highly breathable. Bleached cotton fabric has been used since ancient times as it is gentle on the skin. Its main uses are hand towels, abdominal bands, cloth diapers, etc. It is also used for dyeing, such as when using obi pillows for cooking and kimonos, and for corrections when dressing.
Flannel A brushed fabric made of plain or twill weave with alternating cotton weaves that feels good on the skin and has excellent heat retention and flexibility. Thick flannel fabric is excellent for commercial use, and is ideal for wiping machines and lenses, and polishing musical instruments such as pianos. It can also be used for a wide range of purposes, such as protective covers, baby goods, and cloth napkins.
